PTI December Blog Hop - Take 2

Hi 'yall!  This is my second entry in the PTI December Blog Hop.  After cuting out the "leaf" shapes with the Sending You die for my first card, I had a bunch of little "leaf" shapes left over and thought I would use them to create a second card.
